Sarah I’ve been doing a daily practice with you for about two months now. My flexibility and mobility have definitely improving so thank you. I particularly enjoyed the free flow element of this practice. One silly question if you don’t mind. When taking child pose I often get cramps in the soles of my feet which means I don’t fully relax. Any advice of getting rid of cramps. Thanks again. Paul
