Love this practice. I did it in the morning and feel my body waking up, heating up and getting ready for the day.

This was just the positive flow I needed this morning! While I have had some dedicated yoga periods over the past 20+ years, I had been trying to find a practice locally before the pandemic and not finding a good fit for myself. I lost my job in 2020 and while I am working again now, I don't have enough money for yoga classes. A friend encouraged me to try Yoga with Adriene videos for different times and flows; after she mentioned it a few times, I gave it a try and I've been appreciating these videos so deeply. It's felt so wonderful to get back on the mat in these manageable time chunks at home. Thank you, Adriene.
