But that may not be true, as health authorities in the nation announced there's no reason to believe these relatively new contraptions are less toxic. Our Ko Roon-hee explains further. It's been a little over a year since so-called "heat-not-burn" electronic cigarettes came onto the Korean market, and they've caught on quickly among smokers. According to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, as of this April, heat-not-burn products had a cigarette market share of almost 10 percent. However, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety released analysis Thursday... saying there is no evidence that these products are less harmful than conventional cigarettes. Together with outside researchers, the ministry studied three popular e-cigarette products the Lil by local tobacco company KT&G, the Glo by British American Tobacco, and the iQOS by Philip Morris. In them, it found five substances classified as five substances classified as "first level carcinogens" by the International Agency for Cancer. However, the amounts were only between zero-point-3 percent and 28 percent of those found in conventional smokes. The amount of nicotine was similar to that found in ordinary cigarettes between a tenth and one half of a milligram. The ministry added that two of the products, though, contained more tar. "Some of the heat-not-burn electronic cigarettes contain more tar than regular ones. This means these e-cigarettes could contain other toxic substances...not found in regular tobacco." But the report was met with a backlash from manufacturers, who've called it meaningless. They say it's not appropriate to simply compare amounts of tar... because tar is produced when tobacco is burned, which their devices don't do. This isn't the first warning from the government about heat-not-burn cigarettes. The health ministry announced last month that twelve new written and graphic warnings will be put on heat-not-burn cigarettes starting this December. The government is also working on a law to make manufacturers submit a full list of the ingredients and toxic substances in the heat-not-burn cigarettes and disclose the information to the public. Апгрейднутый lil SOLID 2.0 – очень годный. На свою цену он нафарширован максимально и даже больше. Выглядит тоже круто. И стоит доступно. Прямо сильно лучше предыдущего поколения Лила и сильнее конкурентов. Но! Мое мнение, что Айкос Дуо стоит еще на ступеньку выше. Думаю, такое мнение надо обосновать. Первое и самое очевидное, что подкупает в Айкосе – вот эта фирменная конструкция. Благодаря этому в руках держишь просто тонкий держатель. Он, конечно, крупнее сигареты, но все равно его можно держать просто в пальцах. Для меня лично вот это ощущение значит очень много. Вторая, менее очевидная, но еще более важная вещь — это то, как нагревается табак внутри стика. У Лила нагревательный элемент имеет вид конусообразной иглы. А у Айкоса — это плоское лезвие. За счет такой формы айкосного лезвия больше площадь соприкосновения с табаком. В итоге, табак прогревается лучше и равномернее. Вкус получается насыщеннее и чище. Третье и тоже важное — это продолжительность сеанса. Айкос готов нагревать стик 6 минут. То есть, ты можешь неспешно себе поюзывать, не отрываясь от работы или разговора. При этом новый лил закончит стик максимум за 5 минут, а старый — и вовсе за 4. Разница кажется незначительной, но те, кто пробовали, поймут. Эта минута иногда решает. Четвертая и снова важная штука — это гарантия. У Айкоса есть такая необычная, но очень прикольная фишка для пользователей — бонусная замена в негарантийных случаях. Ну, например, если ты утопил свой айкос, тебе его бесплатно поменяют на новый. У лила такого нет. Все, что нужно сделать – позвонить в службу поддержки. Через пару часов в руках будет новенький девайс. Бесплатно. У Лила в противовес есть 2 главные фишки. Во-первых, его батарея спокойно держит заряд на 25 стиков. Во-вторых, конечно же, более доступная цена. Но в целом для меня Айкос Дуо выигрывает. Айкос Дуо и Лил — это как Айфон Макс и Айфон SE. Как первая и вторая линия у моря. И то, и то по-своему хорошо. Объясняем на пальцах все отличия между айкос и лил. Еще один не менее частый вопрос — можно ли использовать лил со стиками хитс? Об этом мы уже сделали отдельный видос: 🤍 Итак, в чем отличия лила от айкоса? 1. Конструкция Айкос состоит из двух компонентов — держателя и зарядного устройства. Лил — это моноблок. У каждой конструкции свои плюсы и минусы. Можно спорить о них бесконечно долго. Я, конечно, поделюсь своей точкой зрения. Хоть и субъективной, но экспертной. 2. Размеры Одно из достоинств IQOS — размеры. Держатель маленький и тонкий. Пусть и больше сигареты, но его все равно можно держать просто пальцами. С Лилом так не получится. По размеру Лил все-таки ближе к вейпам и держать его придется в ладони. Есть, конечно, и еще более габаритные нагреватели табака. Но то уже почти что павербенки. Лил на их фоне выглядит тонюсеньким. Но по сравнению с держателем айкос — это все равно что вейп. 3. Мощность С другой стороны, чем больше размер устройства, тем больше и мощнее батарея внутри. Встроенной батареи лил солид хватает на 20 стиков без подзарядки. Это целая пачка. У Айкос основная батарея вынесена в зарядное устройство. Ее тоже хватает на 20 стиков. Внутри держателя - небольшая батарея, чтобы не увеличивать чрезмерно его вес и размеры. У Айкос Дуо этой батареи хватает на 2 стика, а после 10 секунд подзарядки Айкос Дуо потянет еще и третий стик. Потом держатель отправляется на подзарядку на пару минут. 4. Технология Кто-то, может, скажет еще об отличиях технологии. Но на самом деле, они минимальны. Все то же самое нагревание табак. Даже стики нужны одинаковые. Единственная разница — у айкос внутри плоское нагревательное лезвие из платины и керамики, а у лила — металлическая нагревательная спица. Я для себя еще не разобрался, что из них лучше нагревает. Пока что, скорее Айкос. 5. Цена Ну, и конечно же, еще одно отличие — цена. Лил стоит дешевле айкоса. Об этом не сложно догадаться и по виду. Цена ценой, но в мире, где уже показали iPhone 12 покупать SE лично я бы уже не стал. Но ситуации бывают разные. Researchers are working hard to determine the cause of more than 500 cases of lung illness affecting e-cigarette users. Eight of those people have died. Even before this outbreak, e-cigarettes divided the medical community. The American Lung Association says bluntly, "e-cigarettes are not safe." But the American Cancer Society says they are "significantly less harmful for adults than smoking regular cigarettes." И в этом ролике я решил сделать обзор двух топовых устройств, которые есть у бренда – lil SOLID и IQOS DUO. Оба устройства работают по одинаковому принципу – нагревают табак изнутри до температуры 350 градусов, а не поджигают его. Благодаря тому, что стики выделяют не дым, а табачный аэрозоль, после использования у вас не воняют руки, волосы или одежда. Но главное – оба гаджета устраняют вред от курения и их можно использовать в помещении. У IQOS DUO уникальная конструкция, которая выделяет его среди других гаджетов – девайс делится на держатель и зарядное устройство. Для использования стика вам понадобится только держатель. А вот чтобы подзарядить устройство, нужно поместить держатель после сеанса в зарядный блок на 1 минуту 50 секунд. При этом зарядки самого кейса хватает на 20 стиков. Как и у всех моделей Айкос, нагревательный элемент в Дуо – это керамическое лезвие с платиновыми контактами и умной электроникой. Оно довольно хрупкое и при очистке девайса нужно быть аккуратными, чтобы не сломать его. Девайс представлен в белом, черном, синем и золотом цветах. Но есть варианты кастомизации в виде цветных сменных колпачков и блоковых панелей. Также два раза в год в продаже появляются лимитированные цвета. lil SOLID, в отличие от IQOS, имеет монолитный корпус. За счет этого Лил больше, чем тонкий держатель Айкос. Но все равно им удобно пользоваться. Батарея Лил Солид рассчитана на те же 20 стиков, которые можно использовать подряд без подзарядки. Только если выпариваешь прямо совсем без пауз 4 стика подряд, нужно будет дать девайсу остыть примерно 4 минуты. Нагревательный элемент устройстве напоминает толстый стержень. Он более крепкий и устойчивый. Гаджет представлен пока только в трех цветах: синем, белом и черном. Заряжается как Лил Солид, так и Айкос Дуо до полной зарядки 120 минут. Зарядный кабель в lil – micro-USB, а в IQOS DUO - Type С. И напоследок еще один важный момент. У Айкос и к Лил одинаковые требования к стикам. С ними можно использовать стики Хитс и стики Фит, без разницы. Всего – 15 видов на любой вкус. Поэтому выбрать есть из чего. Я не буду голосовать за какую-то конкретную модель. Лично мне больше нравится Айкос. Но с другой стороны, я понимаю, что Лил стоит на 1000 гривен дешевле. Так что выбор – только за вами.

Tatsächlich waren die Schadstoffmengen bei den IQOS-Sticks meistens geringer als bei den Tabakzigaretten. Dies bestätigte auch eine Studie von Forscherinnen und Forschern des BfR und des Chemischen und Veterinäruntersuchungsamts Sigmaringen im Jahr 2018. Kein Rauchstopp mit IQOS möglich Auer und sein Team stellten fest, dass auch die IQOS «Rauch» erzeugt. Krebserregende Stoffe wie Acetaldehyd oder Benzopyren fand das Team ebenso wie Kohlenmonoxid. Die Forscher folgerten daher: Auch beim Erhitzen des Tabaks auf die niedrigere Temperatur handelt es sich um eine unvollständige Verbrennung, die zu Rauch führt. Weiter fand das Blaue Kreuz Bern–Solothurn–Freiburg bereits im Jahr 2017 heraus, dass ein Filterelement der «HEETS» während des IQOS-Konsums partiell schmilzt. Dies bestätigte auch eine US-Studie im Jahr 2018. Eine Folgeuntersuchung kam zum Schluss (2019), dass das PLA-Filterelement hochgiftiges Isocyanat abgibt. Das Filterelement kommt demnach direkt oder indirekt mit Isocyanat in Kontakt. Ob das Gift tatsächlich während des IQOS-Konsums inhaliert wird, ist nach wie vor nicht geklärt. Die entscheidende Frage – vertrauen sie dem Tabakkonzern? Der IQOS-Hersteller unternimmt immense Anstrengungen, um sein Produkt als «gesunde» Alternative fürs Rauchen zu bewerben. Zahlreiche Studien wurden diesbezüglich in Auftrag gegeben. Wenn man die üblichen Giftstoffe im Rauch der IQOS untersucht, sind die meisten Substanzen tatsächlich in geringeren Mengen als bei Tabakzigaretten vorhanden. Doch was ist, wenn durch die nur teilweise Verbrennung des Tabaks neue, bisher nicht bekannte Gifte entstehen? Ein grosses Fragezeichen wirft auch das PLA-Filterelement auf, welches Gift abgibt, obwohl ein Filter eigentlich Schadstoffe auffangen sollte.
