Hello adriene, I'm hoping you'll respond to this one day. I absolutely love your videos and they've been amazingly helpful for my start to yoga. However, I have great difficulty with a lot of poses due to a nerve condition that makes my wrists v e r y weak. It's hard to hold my self up without pain but I never get as much out of a practice without being able to do so many poses if I just cut them out entirely. What do you recommend? Any words of advice?

I have been slowly creating a habit of doing yoga each morning. I started with the five minute yoga and this morning went up to ten. As strange as it sounds, certain moves always bring up a little insecurity and self judgement of how I “should look” versus how my body does the move. This morning was a win for me as I didn’t judge, I simply felt grateful to move my body. Yay for small wins! Namaste!

Question: at the parts where i am on my toes (ex: downward dog), is it a problem if only my big toe makes contact? I can't seem to figure out to get the rest of the piggies to make contact.
