Never done yoga.
But i want to improve my atg squat range.
I can get a good atg. But the wider i push the stance the easier the l5s1 can come in and say howdy.
So i want to lengthen and strenghten the hip attatched muscles. And one day be an old dude that can perfectly atg. Even if ots just the bar
Is a consistent yoga session like thos the go. Or would ypu reccomend something else.
I thought about using even 1 or 2 mini skateboards. And progresssively widening my stance for repititions to attempt lengthening and strengthening the inner thigh
