Thank you Adriene! I prayed for a 'Yoga body' for years... not doing Yoga? What was I thinking? I've been practicing daily with you for 2 years and looking forward to your new 30 Day 'Center' Yoga Journey! I practice daily in the morning before going to work. I also practice once per week with Secrets of Natural Walking - an amazing adjunct to Yoga and Meditation. Slowly, the Yoga body forms. I would like to know more about eating well. I believe I eat well, however, life has become too busy and I've been eating small bites of less desirable 'quick' food.. my hips are showing this change in my total GF diet, minimal sugar and pasta -... any suggestions would be helpful! I liked the beginning where you're like "Pretend your breath is your spirit - no don't click away! What happens if you stop breathing!" And I was like whoaaaaa this is a little existential for 9 pm on a Monday.
But other than that I feel much better now, so thanks for all your work :)
Losing weight through yoga hasn't worked for me and I've been following Adriene for 4 or so years. Still, I enjoy these practices because of their strengthening effects!
