Loving your yoga sessions but I would like to ask if you have something on relaxation and teeth grinding. I am 75 years old and have fibromyalgia so not particularly fit although I do walk every day with our Pointer dog. Unsurprisingly I also have arthritis. I would appreciate some advice on which video I should follow. I have done your chair yoga routine too. Thank you 😊
